Online purchases are able to be exchanged for credit to equal value of the item purchased (excluding postage paid) if the item is returned within 7 days.
Jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original packaging. We will not exchange goods that have been worn or show signs of wear.
If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or show signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.
Please note that earrings will not be able to be returned or exchanged if they have been put through pierced ears due to hygiene reasons.
MPNT jewellery is made by hand and therefore subject to subtle differences in each piece. If unhappy with the quality of the piece or if the item is found to be faulty the buyer must notify MPNT on email@example.com within 3 days and if the piece is unable to re repaired or replaced MPNT will provide a refund to the purchaser.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered faulty and the care instructions that come with the product should be carefully adhered to.
